Named a “Top Woman In Tech“ by Dallas Business Journal in 2023, Ieshea Hollins is a cybersecurity expert and advocate. As a Chief Information Security Officer with more than 15 years of experience (managing and leading information security and digital forensic projects), Hollins has partnered with C-level executives and industry leaders to provide cutting-edge cyber intelligence solutions.
In 2010, Ieshea started one of the very first private industry cybersecurity, digital forensic firms headquartered in Monroe, LA – Direnzic Technology & Consulting, LLC. In her 15 years as Founder & CEO, Ieshea has worked with numerous government and state agencies, such as the FBI, Department of Homeland Security, the City of Monroe, LSBDC, and more, to assist with the cyber security education initiatives ongoing within the state.
Ieshea’s experience extends to her organization and leading of Security Incident Response Teams in the effective response, assessment, and containment of security incidents. She and her team led vulnerability & risk management engagements across numerous businesses helping to establish her as an industry leader.
Most recently, Hollins founded the immersive and innovative platform, DT Cyber Games which brings us to this important event today: The 2024 Inaugural DT Cyber Games!

A combat veteran, with over 10 years active duty US Army, and more than 25 years in Tech fields ranging from Software development, to Maritime Cybersecurity. Joseph has never met a role he didn't excel at. While he holds a CISSP certification, it is the lesser certs he values (Sec+, CCNA, A+) as it shows he is more than a surface security professional.
Joseph majored in Cybersecurity and minored in psychology during undergrad years, which he graduated at the top of his class.
Currently working on a Masters degree in Forensic Psychology with emphasis on Cybercrime, where he currently has a 4.0 GPA. Academics is not his only passion, as Joseph is a small business owner, farmer, father, husband, and leads a robust Virtual Technology Community as well as being the founder of an Agri-tech non profit organization. He is also Editor in Chief and Events chair with ISC2 CGC Chapter, a member of Infragard, and a presidential member of NSLS.

Sarah W. Sarah teaches seminars on cybersecurity law across the United States, for non-profits, trade associations, and government entities.
Assisting with over 100 cyber incident responses, Sarah advises leaders and technology professionals on preventing and mitigating liability before, during, and after a cyber incident. Sarah proudly promotes awareness of technical and legal cybersecurity matters on www.LegallyCyber.com. Sarah is licensed to practice in Louisiana and Texas, with licenses pending in Pennsylvania and Illinois.
Sarah is also a veteran, serving in the U.S. Army Reserves at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Sarah is the former Cyber Law Judge Advocate for the Louisiana Army National Guard and legal liaison for the Louisiana Cybersecurity Commission.

Chad Adams, a Supervisory Cybersecurity Advisor for DHS/CISA Region Six with the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), has over 22 years’ experience in Cyber Security, threat mitigation and analysis, risk management, advanced IT support, and complex system design and support.
More recently, Mr. Adams has worked in Government service with The Department of
Homeland Security for over 12 years. He has held positions as a team leader in cyber
security assessments, Cybersecurity Advisor, Federal cyber security audits, and threat
mitigation. Currently, he is a Supervisory Cybersecurity Advisor with DHS CISA Region
VI, providing cyber support, cyber security assessments, cyber outreach, incident
coordination with State, Local, and Federal organizations, and private Critical
Infrastructure companies and organizations throughout the country and DHS CISA
Region Six. Mr. Adams is also a member of the FBI Cyber Task Force in Dallas, TX as
well as a member of ASIS International.
